Lingerie giant has been accused of selling cheaper "knockoffs" to unsuspecting customers by its former hosiery supplier, Zephyrs.

The $15 million lawsuit alleges that VS is selling less expensive, Canada-made legwear, while deliberately using images of Zephyrs' Italian-made hosiery on packaging and in-store displays. "Victoria’s Secret changed the product in the packaging but didn’t change anything else except 'Made in Canada' on the back of the package," Joseph Gioconda, who is representing Zephyrs,http://flipcases.wordpressy.pl/?p=9, . "It used to say 'Made in Italy.'"

The suit also seeks corrective advertising and a recall of the accused products, which are allegedly made with cheaper lace trims,http://miyahira.bloggd.org/2012/11/21/alarm-clock-hidden-model-can-record-total-dark/, irregular borders, missing heel reinforcements, and less durable construction.
